I am a final year Physics PhD student at QMUL. My focus is Condensed Matter Physics, the field focusing on physical properties of the matter which surrounds us. I now spend most of my days using theoretical models to engineer novel quantum mechanical states in 2D materials.

I am a Research Technician studying how tau, a protein whose accumulation causes Alzheimer's, is cleared by the brain cells, and if this can be accelerated. Alongside research, I am heavily into adventure sports, travelling, and exploring new cuisines!

I am a Research Assistant, investigating blood biomarkers in Parkinson's disease, and how we can use them to learn about the condition, its onset, progression, and cause. Outside the lab, I love to keep my hands busy with knitting and sewing.
